We charge a flat rate of $5.00 for all U.S. orders regardless of order size.

NON-U.S.A. orders will be weighed and actual shipping cost will be quoted via E-Mail after receipt of order. You will receive a request for payment via PayPal for the shipping cost.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt.

We use 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail, UPS and FedEx Ground services to ship U.S. orders, whichever is most appropriate for the size/weight of the package. Non-U.S.A. orders are shipped via US Postal service with Insurance. There is a $3.00 service charge applied to all international orders.

Occasionally, during the course of processing orders, we will have an item go out of stock. We do not backorder--Out of Stock items will be cancelled and you will be notified PRIOR to shipping so you will know before you receive your order. You will be refunded the price of the Out-Of-Stock items back to your PayPal account.

We no longer accept personal checks or money orders.

SHOPPING CART:

A note about our Shopping Cart: Each time you add an item to your cart, you will be asked if you want to check out or continue shopping. When you would like to see your "Cart" or you are ready to check out, simply click on the Shopping Cart icon at the bottom of each shopping page that says, "View Cart." To return to shopping from there, click on the "Continue Shopping" button bar. You must have cookies enabled in your browser for your cart to retain the items.

RETURNS:

Returns must have prior approval via e-mail. Only defective merchandise will be accepted for return and must be reported within 3 days of receipt of order. Original Shipping cost is non-refundable. If we ask you to return a defective product, we will reimburse you for the return shipping and we will not charge to ship you a replacement product. Products damaged by the USPS will be replaced ONLY if shipping insurance is purchased. Books, magazines & CDs cannot be returned due to copyright issues.

CANCELLATIONS:

There will be a $3.00 re-stocking fee for orders cancelled after SHIPPING CONFIRMATION IS SENT.

DONATION REQUESTS:

We receive an overwhelming number of crop donation requests throughout the year. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to provide donations to all who request. It is now our policy to donate to Registered charitable crop events sponsored in our local community by current customers. We suggest contacting the product manufacturers for crop donations.

We do not have a paper catalog--we are web-based only.
